Hi, just thought I'd pitch in. The place where Raquel and friends are so rhythmically enjoying themselves is called; "Ruta de la amistad". It was created for the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City displaying sculptures from artists from all over the world.

Today, the route still stands but as the city has grown, the original shape has changed. Its not as straight forward to go through the whole thing as it once was.

For quite a few years the sculptures were abandoned, vandalized, some even demolished. Currently there is an association trying to restore the sculptures. Its aim is to do it one by one as budget is tight and sponsorship hard to get.

You can check their website here: http://www.mexico68.org

Hope that helps, can't think of a better location, its amazingly cool. Mexico CIty's got it all really, so if not there I'm sure you'd find what you're after somewhere else in the city (plus its cheap!).
